More Time Entries
Based on your preferences and the type of activity for which you are creating the time entry, your activity description can be filled in automatically. Or you can take advantage of the auto-text feature to help fill in the details. With auto-text, you can type in a short form or abbreviation and Amicus Attorney will interpret it and fill in the details. For example, type in "cew" and Amicus Attorney can automatically convert it to "consultation with expert witness." With automatic time entries, Amicus Attorney will help you do time entries for many activities you were forgetting to record before. This means you capture more billable time from existing work. Even when done "manually," time entries in Amicus Attorney can be filled in much faster than scribbling them out by hand. Better yet, no one has to decipher your writing and retype them. So everyone saves time and effort. Of course, if you don't track your time, this entire feature set can be turned off and you need never be bothered by it. |
