Search Controls
Powerful filters provide tremendous control in making your search as broad or as narrow as you like - which of course includes detailed specifics about any of your custom fields. Authorized users can be granted access to firm-wide data and conduct searches across multiple users. Some examples of this feature: (1) you can design useful reports that alert you to any files in the firm with an overdue deadline (2) you can list all your clients living in a given town (3) you can list all files closed over a year ago or (4) even list all motions in the past year that have taken place before a given judge.
