People Details
For each person in your card index, you can see complete information. A familiar business card lists all contact details. Amicus Attorney can store an unlimited number of communication fields so there is always a place to store every possible number or address. It shows you the last time you contacted the person - and you can even have Amicus Attorney remind you to stay in touch. All of the relevant information about the person is presented, including lists of events, phone calls & messages, emails, notes, documents, plus the files and other people with which they are associated. You can even get a map to their location with a single click. Adding contact details is a snap with easy workflow options. Use the Contact QuickEdit to simply copy-and-paste or drag-and-drop text from any application into this “drop zone” and it’s added to the contact card. |
