Notes on Events, People, Files and Library Pages are stored as separate records and shown in lists, so you can sort them, see their dates, authors and much more.

You can have the same note on multiple files, even on other people as well. No duplication of effort.

By storing each note as a separate entry, you can easily distinguish one from the other and see when they were added and by whom.
