Manage Communications
All of the communications on a file - phone calls, messages, emails
- can be reviewed in sequence. See them all together or divide them
by type. Review just your own or see all the communications everyone
in your firm has had on the file. This includes emails relating
to the file when sent and received by other firm members. So even
if you didn’t get the message, you can still see the contents and
make sure you are on top of everything. A great way to be up to
date on all that is going on.
