Manage Your Database

Amicus Attorney includes a separate password protected Administrator application for managing your database. This allows you to centralize control of your vital practice database. Ensure that it is properly managed and protected.

Administrative features include the ability to monitor and manage users, generate reports, archive or de-archive old data, customize fields and lists, import/export, create groups, merge duplicate records and put messages into the Daily Reports of users. A number of database control and maintenance functions are included as well.

Back-ups are done from the Administrator. Backups can be done to two locations at once. Provision for rolling back-ups is included. Schedule automatic back-ups, so they are done regularly and at convenient times, without anyone having to be present. It also does an automatic "hot" backup on its local disk every two minutes.
