OVERVIEW

Full Trust Accounting

Trust Accounting is one of the elements that differentiates legal accounting from general business accounting. Amicus Accounting's extensive Trust Accounting module includes recording receipts, entering and editing trust checks, plus the ability to transfer trust funds to pay A/R invoices.

Prevent trust overdrafts! The Trust module allows the proper reconciliation of client monies. An unlimited number of client trust accounts are supported, as well as an unlimited number of bank accounts for client trusts.

The program allows you to easily transfer money between Client Matters and effortlessly transfer money from trust to pay a client's outstanding Accounts Receivable (including fee distributions to lawyers).

Transfers can come from regular or interest-bearing trust accounts and a full audit trail is available to follow all trust transfers.
