This cumulative Patch contains hot fixes for Amicus Attorney Premium Edition 2011 SP1, including Amicus Premium Billing.

The Patch includes fixes for the following issues (for full descriptions, see the Patch Instructions):

TIME: Time Entries on Non-billable File are included in Billable time in Statistics view.
TIME: If File is assigned a custom Billing Category, wrong Category might be assigned in Time Entries.
CALENDAR: Documents and e-mails cannot be associated to Event from Event Details.
REPORTS: Non-billable Time Entries on Billable File are included in Billable time in Basic and Advanced reports.
AMICUS PREMIUM BILLING – CLIENTS: Opening Client Details might cause exception error.
AMICUS PREMIUM BILLING - QUICKBOOKS LINK: Trust transactions might fail to exchange to QuickBooks.
AMICUS SMALL FIRM ACCOUNTING INTEGRATION: New File creation in Amicus Attorney might fail.
TIMESLIPS LINK: Category in Time Entry cannot be changed to "No Charge", "Do Not Bill", "Hold-Billable".

AUDIENCE

Recommended for users who need any of the listed hot fixes that apply this Patch. Suitable ONLY for those who are currently running:

  • Build 11.5.0.4

This Patch cannot be applied if you are currently running any other Version 2011 Build.
To check your Build Number in Amicus Attorney, go to Help > About Amicus.

IMPORTANT

  • The Patch will not trigger an update of the Workstations. It must be applied on every Workstation after you update the Server, as instructed.
  • You will also need to subsequently reapply the Patch in the following situations, in order to maintain matching software on all computers:
    • After installing a new Workstation, reapply the Patch at the Workstation.
    • After reinstalling an existing Workstation, reapply the Patch at the Workstation.
    • After installing Offline components at a Workstation, reapply the Patch at the workstation.
    • After reinstalling the Server, reapply the Patch at the Server.
