13606—If E-mail Integration is enabled: If you save an E-mail to Amicus by clicking Save and Make Associations in the Outlook view of Communications, associating it with a File and a Person who is assigned only to that one File, then two copies of the E-mail might be associated with that Person.

13713—If E-mail Integration is enabled: When you manually save an E-mail to Amicus from your Sent or Deleted Mailbox in the Outlook view of Communications, it is assigned the status “Outstanding”, rather than “Dealt With”.

13962The time values output in generated documents are not rounded up according to your Time - Formatting preference.

11251Duplicate records might be created on the Palm after you reset the Link, change the People conduit People Groups/Contact Categories sync range setting in the People conduit, or change Contact Categories in the Palm.
SOLUTION: Avoid the creation of duplicates by synchronizing your Palm with Amicus immediately after resetting the Link or making either of the changes described above.

15810Repeating Appointments that repeat past the end of the synchronization date range configured in the Palm Link are not exchanged to the Palm.
SOLUTION: Contact Technical Support for a Version 7 update patch that fixes this issue
.

16148Under SQL Server 2005, if you synchronize with the Palm immediately after creating new Events in Amicus, those Events might not be exchanged to the Palm.

Outlook Contacts & Calendar Link

9026If your network connection is lost during the Outlook exchange period immediately after login to Amicus, the process cannot be completed and a blank error message is shown until the connection is restored.

9285The Outlook Link might not install properly on a computer that previously had the Amicus Attorney V Outlook Link installed.
SOLUTION: For assistance, contact Gavel & Gown Technical Support.

10819If the Outlook Link is configured in Exchange Special mode, duplicate records might be created: If a users changes or deletes a shared Event in Amicus (i.e. one assigned to more than one Person), the Event is changed/deleted immediately in Amicus for all People. However, the Event will be changed/deleted in Outlook only for those People who perform an exchange. Note that Exchange Special mode is NOT supported for ongoing use.

13081If an Appointment that has been exchanged is then changed in Amicus to a To Do, the To Do is exchanged to Outlook. However, the prior Appointment is not automatically deleted from Outlook, and will be exchanged back to Amicus. Similarly, duplicates are created if you change a To Do to an Appointment in Amicus.
SOLUTION: If you change an existing Appointment to a To Do (or vice versa) in Amicus, immediately delete the prior Event in Outlook.

14365If a Repeating All Day Appointment is created in Outlook, and then an instance of the Appointment is edited in Amicus, a duplicate Appointment might be created in Outlook.
