Amicus Annual Technical Support Plans are designed to give you peace of mind. This is why every plan includes unlimited calling, giving you the flexibility to call as many times as you like, whenever you need assistance.

Annual Technical Support Plans Include:
  • Unlimited Telephone Support - Toll-free telephone calls from anywhere in North America with no limit on the number of inquiries.
  • Pre-Arranged Call Backs - Schedule a time that is convenient for you to have one of our support technicians call you.
  • Unlimited E-mail Support - If you prefer, you may contact us by e-mail and we will respond to your query.
  • Remote Desktop Assistance with Control F1 - Take advantage of advanced remote support technology which enables Technical Support Representatives to access and share a customer's desktop remotely to help resolve issues when necessary. (Customers always have full control of all remote sessions including access to a log of support activity. This service requires Internet access at the workstation - a high-speed Internet connection works best)
  • Access to knowledgeable Technical Support Representatives.
  • Assistance with links to third-party products.

How to Purchase an Annual Technical Support Plan:
  • Annual Technical Support Plans for one product cost $295 for the first user and $95 for each additional user.
  • Plans for firms who purchase two products (e.g., Amicus Attorney and Amicus Accounting) cost $395 for the first user and $145 for each additional user.
  • You must purchase a plan for an amount of users equal to the number of Amicus product licenses that you have registered.
  • Plans are active for 12 months from their date of purchase.

9:00 am - 6:00 pm (ET) (*Must be pre-arranged. Additional charges apply.)
Initial Support
Free technical support is provided to firms installing 2008 Small Firm Edition for the first time, for the initial 90 days after shipment, or 5 service incidents, whichever comes first. (Limit of 3 service incidents if only one user is licensed.)
