technical support services which are not
included in Annual Technical Support Contracts.
These services are of a more sophisticated
nature and are conducted through our Technical
Services Group.
In
addition to providing remote installation
support, our Technical Services Group
can assist
in the repair or recovery of a database
that has been corrupted due to outside
influences, the rebuilding of a team database
from local databases, and the importing
of data from a third-party application.
They can also assist in the merging or
splitting of databases when firms are
either coming together or splitting apart.
Technical
Services are done on a custom order basis
depending on the level of sophistication
required. Most services can be completed
in 1-3 business days. A time estimate
is always provided prior to purchase.
Gavel
& Gown Software Inc. makes every effort
to protect and maintain the confidentiality
of your firm information. All database
service work is done in-house by Gavel
& Gown employees. No database work will
be conducted without formal acknowledgment
and signed acceptance of the Technical
Service Authorization Form by your firm.
