This introductory class will show users how to easily navigate within the Amicus Accounting program. Users will learn how to create and edit new Client Matters and perform data entry including trust and billing so they feel comfortable with the program.

This class will cover the details of a complete billing cycle, including establishing billing frequency groups, allocating payment amounts, transferring trust funds and receiving payments. Also included will be how to configure Firm and Matter level settings and create billing reports.

Learn how transactions in Amicus Accounting post to the General Ledger, how to modify and create General Ledger accounts and understand the classifications and hierarchy for reporting and financial statement preparation. Learn how to perform bank reconciliations, prepare Month End reports, reconcile client reports to general ledger accounts and techniques for resolving balance inconsistencies.
