I am a lawyer who has practised for many years. Having begun using a PC in my practice way back in 1984, I soon became frustrated with the so-called "solutions" which technology companies were pushing at lawyers. So I designed what I thought a practice management system should do. I wanted to make my life easier. When my partners saw it, they started using it. They made suggestions on improving it, and I did. It spread from there. Eventually, there was so much interest that I started this company.
