Amicus Attorney Premium Edition comes with the required SQL Client Access Licenses (CALs) for SQL Server 2008 R2 Standard Edition for use with Amicus Attorney only (Runtime Restricted Use). These licenses cannot be applied as SQL CALs for use with other products.
Amicus Premium Billing requires Amicus Attorney Premium Edition.
Amicus Mobile is only available for Amicus Attorney Premium Edition. Amicus Mobile Server must be purchased at time of initial Amicus Mobile purchase.
If you have one product in the Amicus family, you need to purchase support for a single product. If you have two products in the Amicus family, then you need to purchase support to cover both products.
When purchasing a Technical Support Plan, the number of seats must match the number of users of your Amicus product. For example, if a firm has 10 users of Amicus Attorney and 5 users of Amicus Premium Billing, this is considered "two product support" and their Technical Support Plan must cover all 10 users.
If you have one product in the Amicus family, you need to purchase an Amicus Maintenance Plan for a single product. If you have two products in the Amicus family, then you need to purchase an Amicus Maintenance Plan to cover both products.
When purchasing an Amicus Maintenance Plan, the number of seats must match the number of users of your Amicus product. For example, if a firm has 10 users of Amicus Attorney and 5 users of Amicus Premium Billing, this is considered "two product support" and their an Amicus Maintenance Plan must cover all 10 users.
The plan will cover support and upgrades for three years from the date of purchase and is paid annually.
